Refund, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy

Paza Social, Inc., a Delaware corporation

Effective: September 25, 2026 · Governing law: State of Delaware, United States

PAZA provides digital intelligence and collaboration services and coordinates certain Brand-Creator transactions. PAZA does not operate a physical fulfillment center and does not itself provide escrow or custody of user funds.

1. Scope

Sections 2 and 3 apply to PAZA plans bought through our online checkout (subscriptions and one-time plan purchases). Sections 4 onward apply only to Brand-Creator collaborations and event activations coordinated through PAZA, which are not sold through our online checkout.

2. 14-Day Refunds for PAZA Plans

You can request a full refund of any PAZA plan purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal payment. Our online checkout is operated by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes all refunds for these purchases. To request a refund, contact paddle.net or email legal@paza.social with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a recurring PAZA plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment, you can also request a full refund of that payment under Section 2.

4. Brand-Creator Campaign Cancellations

Campaign cancellation rights depend on the accepted campaign terms and the stage of work. Before a Creator accepts or begins work, a campaign may generally be cancelled without owing Creator compensation unless the campaign terms say otherwise. After acceptance or work has begun, compensation, kill fees, approved expenses, completed milestones, or other cancellation consequences are determined by the accepted campaign terms and applicable law.

5. Nonconforming or Incomplete Creator Work

If a Brand believes Creator work materially fails the accepted deliverables, the Brand should use the campaign's review or dispute workflow and provide specific evidence. Where the campaign allows revision, the Creator should have the agreed opportunity to correct the issue. Refund eligibility may depend on whether the work was delivered, whether it materially conformed to the brief, whether revision was possible, and the specific campaign terms.

6. Mutual Cancellation or Refund

A Brand and Creator may mutually agree to cancel a campaign, revise compensation, or approve a full or partial refund, subject to payment-provider capabilities and applicable law. The agreement should be recorded in PAZA or otherwise documented so the payment instruction matches the parties' decision.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a payment was processed through an integrated payment provider, an approved refund is executed through that provider or the originating financial institution. PAZA may transmit or coordinate the refund instruction but does not itself hold the underlying customer funds. Refund timing depends on the payment method, provider, bank, card network, or mobile-money system.

8. Chargebacks

A chargeback or bank dispute is not a substitute for the PAZA campaign-resolution process where the payer can reasonably use that process first, and users must not file fraudulent chargebacks. Financial institutions and payment providers retain their own dispute rights and procedures, and PAZA cannot override a mandatory provider or network decision.

9. Physical Products, Samples, and Shipping

PAZA is not a shipping company, warehouse, marketplace fulfillment center, or product seller merely because a campaign involves physical goods. If a Brand sends a Creator or participant a product, sample, prize, voucher, merchandise item, or other physical good, the Brand or its designated fulfillment provider is responsible for stock, packing, shipping, customs, delivery, product safety, warranties, returns, and recalls unless a separate written PAZA agreement expressly assigns a specific responsibility to PAZA.

10. Event Offers, Vouchers, and Rewards

Brands, sponsors, or event organizers supplying discounts, vouchers, rewards, samples, or offers through Companion remain responsible for the offer terms, eligibility, inventory, expiration, redemption, taxes, fulfillment, and consumer-law obligations. PAZA provides the activation and measurement workflow unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

11. Digital Fulfillment

PAZA intelligence reports, software access, data exports, campaign tools, and other digital services are fulfilled electronically. A service is considered delivered when the relevant access, report, export, activation, or other agreed digital deliverable is made available, subject to any acceptance criteria in the applicable written order.

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Legal Requirements

For Brand-Creator and activation transactions (not PAZA plan purchases, which follow Section 2), PAZA or a payment provider may decline, delay, reverse, or restrict a refund or transaction where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, comply with sanctions, satisfy KYC/KYB or other legal obligations, comply with provider or network rules, or resolve conflicting claims. Any provider-controlled money movement remains subject to the provider's regulated process.

13. Requesting Help

Refund, cancellation, or fulfillment concerns should be raised through the relevant campaign or support workflow where available. Include the transaction or campaign reference and a concise explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
