1. Disconnect and delete in PAZA
- Sign in to PAZA and open Settings → Connections.
- For an account you connected for yourself, use Connected accounts; for a brand or workspace account (a workspace Owner or Admin), use Workspace connections.
- Choose Disconnect on the account, then confirm with Disconnect and delete data.
2. What is deleted
- The access and refresh tokens Paza stored (encrypted) for that account are deleted at once.
- Everything Paza read with that connection is deleted at once: profile details, follower and post counts, engagement, audience and posting history.
- Paza's listening service is told to delete what it stored from that connection (audience location summaries). If it cannot be reached, Paza retries every hour until it succeeds.
- Paza keeps a record that the deletion happened: an id, the platform, the time and the outcome. It contains no tokens, metrics, handles or names.
3. Per platform
YouTube (Google)
Paza revokes its Google access token, which removes the whole grant from your Google account.
Remove PAZA on YouTube: Google Account → Third-party apps with account access (opens in a new tab)
Facebook Pages
Paza deletes the stored Page token. Facebook does not let a Page token remove your grant, so remove Paza in Facebook too if you want the permission gone there.
Remove PAZA on Facebook Pages: Facebook → Settings → Business integrations (opens in a new tab)
Instagram
Connected through Facebook Login: Paza removes its permissions from your Meta account. Connected with Instagram Login: Paza deletes the token (Instagram offers no revoke call), so remove Paza in Instagram too.
Remove PAZA on Instagram: Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites (opens in a new tab)
Threads
Paza deletes the stored token (Threads offers no revoke call), so remove Paza in Threads too.
Remove PAZA on Threads: Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions (opens in a new tab)
TikTok
Paza revokes its TikTok access token.
Remove PAZA on TikTok: TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions (opens in a new tab)
X
Paza revokes both its X access token and its refresh token.
Remove PAZA on X: X → Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions (opens in a new tab)
LinkedIn
Paza revokes its LinkedIn access token where one is kept (organization pages); identity-only sign-ins keep no token.
Remove PAZA on LinkedIn: LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services (opens in a new tab)
4. Removing PAZA from Facebook, Instagram or Threads
When you remove PAZA in your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, or ask Meta to delete your data, Meta tells PAZA automatically. PAZA then deletes every token and all data it read from the Meta accounts you connected, and gives Meta a confirmation code. You can check that request on the deletion status page.
5. Ask us instead
If you can no longer sign in, or you want your whole PAZA account and everything in it deleted, email hello@paza.social from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We confirm and complete it within 30 days.
