1. General Rule
You may use PAZA only for lawful business, research, collaboration, creator, marketing, event, intelligence, and related purposes supported by the Services. You may not use PAZA in a way that violates law, another person's rights, these policies, or the rules of a connected payment, messaging, social, data, or infrastructure provider.
2. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity
PAZA may not be used to facilitate fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, identity theft, forged documents, false evidence, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, money laundering, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, trafficking, bribery, corruption, or the sale or promotion of illegal goods or services.
3. Unsupported Financial Activity
Users may not use PAZA to operate or disguise unlicensed or unsupported financial services, including money transmission, stored value, general-purpose wallets, peer-to-peer cash transfers, escrow, lending, securities brokerage, investment advisory services, crowdfunding, gambling payments, or virtual-asset services where PAZA or its payment provider has not expressly enabled that activity under applicable law and separate terms.
4. Restricted or High-Risk Goods and Services
PAZA must not be used to market, facilitate, or process transactions involving unlawful weapons or explosives, illegal drugs or controlled substances, counterfeit or stolen goods, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, CSAM, unlawful pornography, prohibited gambling, sanctioned goods or persons, dangerous or unlawfully sold chemicals, or other categories prohibited by applicable law or the payment provider handling the transaction. A payment provider may impose additional restrictions even where an activity is otherwise lawful.
5. Harm, Violence, Exploitation, and Abuse
Do not use PAZA to make credible threats, incite violence, facilitate exploitation, promote self-harm to a vulnerable person, organize targeted harassment, stalk someone, doxx private information, or coordinate abuse. Legitimate news, research, safety, or educational analysis may be permitted where lawful and proportionate.
6. Hate and Unlawful Discrimination
Do not use PAZA to promote hatred or unlawful discrimination, or to make eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or similarly significant decisions using protected or sensitive characteristics in a manner prohibited by law. Intelligence tools must not be used to create discriminatory targeting or exclusion that is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
7. Privacy, Surveillance, and Data Misuse
Do not access private accounts without authorization, collect credentials, bypass access controls, purchase or upload unlawfully obtained personal data, conduct unlawful surveillance, infer sensitive traits for prohibited purposes, or use public-source data to harass, stalk, discriminate against, or expose a person. Users must respect applicable privacy, platform, API, and data-use requirements.
8. Spam, Telemarketing, and Messaging Abuse
Do not send unsolicited or deceptive bulk communications in violation of applicable law, ignore unsubscribe or opt-out requests, falsify sender identity, use prohibited automated calls or texts, or contact people through channels for which required consent or another lawful basis is absent. Users directing outreach are responsible for applicable suppression lists, consent records, and sender-identification requirements.
9. Intellectual Property and Impersonation
Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, trade secrets, or other intellectual-property rights. Do not impersonate another person, Creator, Brand, public figure, business, or PAZA, and do not create deceptive synthetic media or AI-generated representations intended to mislead others about identity, endorsement, or authenticity.
10. Platform Manipulation and Fake Engagement
Do not purchase or manufacture fake followers, views, likes, comments, reviews, clicks, check-ins, referrals, redemptions, leads, survey responses, campaign evidence, or other signals. Do not coordinate manipulation intended to deceive Brands, Creators, sponsors, payment providers, or PAZA's intelligence systems.
11. Cybersecurity Abuse
Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization, interfere with service availability, bypass technical restrictions, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law, or use PAZA to gain unauthorized access to a system or dataset.
12. Restricted Scraping and Automation
Do not use PAZA to bypass robots, authentication, paywalls, rate limits, access restrictions, or contractual prohibitions. Automated collection must use lawful, authorized, public, licensed, or otherwise permitted sources and must comply with applicable provider and platform rules. PAZA may restrict a source or workflow when legal, privacy, contractual, or reliability risk changes.
13. Regulated and Professional Claims
Users are responsible for sector-specific requirements that apply to advertising or selling health, financial, legal, pharmaceutical, political, age-restricted, or other regulated products or services. PAZA intelligence does not replace required professional review, regulatory approval, substantiation, disclosures, licenses, or platform permissions.
14. Payment-Provider Restrictions
Every transaction must also comply with the acceptable-use, prohibited-business, sanctions, network, and underwriting rules of the payment provider that processes it. PAZA may block, limit, or remove payment functionality for a category even if the category is otherwise available elsewhere on PAZA.
15. Enforcement and Cooperation
PAZA may investigate suspected violations, require additional information, restrict a workflow, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, reverse a platform status where appropriate, or refer a matter to a service provider or lawful authority. PAZA may act immediately where necessary to prevent fraud, security harm, unlawful activity, or provider risk.
